Levels of Care

 

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our PHP is a highly structured, clinically intensive level of care for individuals who need ongoing therapeutic support but do not require 24-hour supervision.

 

Key Features:

  • 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)

  • 4 hours per day (3.5 hours on Saturday)

  • Evidence-based group therapy, covering topics such as:

    • Trauma & co-occurring disorders

    • Communication & relationship skills

    • Boundary setting

    • Relapse prevention & recovery planning

  • Weekly one-on-one sessions with licensed therapists

  • Medical oversight from a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Medical Doctor

  • Medication management and mental health monitoring

  • Wellness integration: yoga, meditation, fitness (3–4x/week)

  • Case management support: legal referrals, aftercare planning, insurance navigation, housing, and more

  • This level of care provides a supportive bridge between residential treatment and independent living.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP is designed for clients who are ready for more flexibility in their schedule while still benefiting from structured clinical care and therapeutic engagement.

 

Key Features:

  • 3–5 days per week, 3 hours per day

  • Daytime and evening tracks available for convenience

  • Group therapy focused on:

    • Emotional regulation

    • Trigger identification

    • Life skills and stress management

  • Weekly individual therapy and optional family sessions

  • Medication management, when clinically indicated

  • Continued wellness services (yoga, meditation, fitness)

  • Ongoing case management and recovery coaching

IOP allows clients to return to work, school, or home life while maintaining essential support and accountability in their recovery.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Our OP is a step-down level of care ideal for individuals who have completed higher levels of treatment and want to maintain therapeutic connection and relapse prevention support.

 

Key Features:

  • 1–2 sessions per week, flexible scheduling

  • Focused therapy groups on recovery maintenance, stress management, and healthy living

  • Individual therapy and check-ins as needed

  • Medication oversight available

  • Access to alumni and peer support programming

OP helps clients maintain progress, address emerging challenges, and strengthen their recovery as they reintegrate into daily life.​
